Laws – national legislation approved by the National Parliament pursuant to the Parliament’s legislative competence set forth in article 95 of the Constitution. The legislative initiate (competence to propose draft laws) belongs to the Members of Parliament, Parliamentary Groups and the Government. All laws are submitted to the President of the Republic for promulgation and published in the Official Gazette.
