Dili, 25 August 2026 – The Governor of the Central Bank of Timor-Leste (BCTL), Mr. Hélder Lopes, participated in an international seminar organized by the National Institute of Science and Technology (INCT), held at the China Hall, Presidential Palace, Aitarak-Laran.

During the event, the BCTL Governor served as moderator for a discussion on the theme “National Priority Lenses for Further Policy Analysis in Timor-Leste.”

The discussion featured two international panelists, Prof. Yannis Ioannidis and Leander Heldring, who shared their knowledge and perspectives on national priorities and policy analysis for Timor-Leste’s development.
