R-TiMOR operates each day Monday to Friday except for public holidays and official commemorative dates for 2024 maintained by BCTL and available via on-line enquiry in R-TiMOR to all Participants.
R-TiMOR is open every working day from 08.00am to 17.00pm (+9GMT). After R-TiMOR is Open for Business, any overnight RTGS transactions entered by the BCTL will be settled (or queued for settlement if insufficient funds are available in the Settlement Account of a Participant). During the day entry and settlement of Customer payments, Bank-to-Bank payments, Bulk Instructions and BCTL transactions will proceed.

| 10:00 - 11:00 | First Bulk Clearing Session | The Bulk payments already received for the current date are netted together, the resulting NSI is posted and the details of payments sent to each receiving Participant. |

| 16:00 | Initial Cut-off | R-TIMOR no longer accepts customer payments (RTGS or Bulk). Initial Cut-off reports are generated. RTGS queue clearance may be effected by application of gridlock resolution tools by BCTL and by deletion or reprioritisation of queued payments by Participants. |
| 16:30 | Final Cut-off | Only BCTL can now submit R-TiMOR transactions for value today. Session closed, queue/settlement processing will cease and any RTGS transactions still in queues will be rejected. Final Cut-off reports are generated. |
